Seriously though, I think he's talking about two characters marrying, then sending a picture of the "child's" face to the company. Then they model the new characters face and that's what it will look like. It's an interesting idea, but I don't think it would be practical here.

Well his name is Cloud, so I am guessing that it has something to with him so being the name Cloud, you are referring to yourself.

The marriage/offspring part could be a hybrid.  A new race of character that was developed through taking aspects of two of the classes.

Although it could also just be a butchered english paragraph that is non-legible.  Cloud if you did want to ask the company something, you asked it very cryptically.  

The gist of the post in my mind reads:

I was hoping that there could be a way that we could have a contest for the creation of the eighth, ninth, and tenth classes.  Letting the community create a drawing, or graphic art illustrating their idea of the ideal appearance for the classes.  My creation would look like that of my favorite FF7 character, Cloud.

Another question is, who directs the actions of the child? What determines how it grows up? This would require a lot of coding and testing, I think, and rather fit into an expansion pack. Just my USD 0.02.
