Encore127:What type of bot protection will this game have? Don't wanna spend money on a game that'll turn into another SRO. May sound dumb, but this game is going to be P2P?

The distribution system we have developed is "based" on P2P technology. However, we have set up "seeding" servers all around the globe, which will give unprecedented delivery speeds due to transmission bottlenecks caused by single connections being circumvented altogether. This is not going to be like other systems currently used by companies that require players to be online in order for updates to be delivered, thereby causing a seemingly small update to take hours to download. Our servers will deliver the content, and our distribution system will allow you to connect to mulitple servers at once.

Re: Ask the Developers about Warrior Epic HERE
I have another question =] If all goes to plan, would you be trying to keep any characters made during the closed beta, for use during the open beta / proper game? I know sometimes you're unable to do this, but it'd be nice if you tried to =P

Interesting Question Kris, I will speak to the developers about this today and get back to you.

I have one question.
Its says that you can play solo.
How will that work and will you have to be connected to the server in order to play?
Can you give us more info on dreadnaught, zambrano, vanisher and pangolin?
Btw if u use fire fox it shows these 4 classes.
BTW I got a sheet of choclate chip cookies ready when the game starts.

I have anouther question for ya Brice... When your Warrior dies and you decide to use his/her spirit instead of playing them, does your new Warrior carry the same name or are the names different for each Warrior? If its the same, is it mandatory? I ask this because if your Warrior was female, and then you decided to play one of the male class's it would probally be a little strange

Re: Ask the Developers about Warrior Epic HERE
Hm, I have another.
I know you said that we will be able to visit other people's halls. So are our halls going to be like an actual building in a certain area/town or is there going to be like a gatekeeper and you tell them "Hey I want to visit so and so's hall." And will outside people need a password or something to get into "my" spot or can anyone come in?
Edit (thought of something else)
What's the ingame chat going to be like? Will there be channels or a way to talk to everyone on the server as a whole..or will it just be limited to people in your certain area. If there's guilds and parties I would guess there would be a way to talk to those certain people as well as personal messaging. Will there be an in game buddy list?

Re: Ask the Developers about Warrior Epic HERE
i can answer this one :) The spirit warriors will be back in your hall after the battle. You can only summon them once in battle however (but you can bring 3 different spirits with you). It's cool thing is to build up a powerful warrior, and "kill" him on purpose. Now his spirit form will be super crazy, since the spirit's strength is related to the level at death. and about pets, i'd love to put them in too....great ideas everyone! -feng

Re: Ask the Developers about Warrior Epic HERE
hey Spec1976, yup, you'll need an internet connection even for single player. This is because all your data is saved on our severs. This also allows you to retreive your stat from any PC...since it only takes a few minutes to start playing WE from the first downloaded .exe. I'll let Brice take over on the class descriptions. But they are pretty awesome characters. -feng

Re: Ask the Developers about Warrior Epic HERE
epros:I almost feel like a spammer posting all these replies tonight. But I do have a question that I don't think has been answered, and/or I either didn't look hard enough or didn't understand the answer. Mentioning warriors can die and be either resurrected by a spell(maybe), back in the hall, or the spirit put on another warrior. After the mission will the said spirit be back in the flesh in the hall or will the said warrior be gone for good? Oh another one...Will I be able to have a kitten in my hall or a bunny? I like small fuzzy cute animals. sorry, forgot to quote w/ my above posts. The warrior name is tied to that particular warrior. So if he/she/it dies, the name remains w/ the spirit. The new warrior will have a differnet name. So if you have two warriors, a pit fighter named Zuk, and a sexy devotress named Hottie; if Zuk dies, then his spirit name is also Zuk. If Hottie dies, then her spirit is Hottie. Since your hall no longer has warriors, your advisor will send you a new warrior (at level 1 of course). This new warrior, say a Pit Fighter, will be a new name. And at any time, you can change the name of your warriors. -feng
