Hey I wouldn't mind a sig. One of my favorite characters in any capcom game has to be Dhalsim. So could you make me a sig based around him? Maybe even set the texture scheme into like chalk on a cave look. Lots of blurring, but with good detail.
Some examples to tickle your brain with:
This is Dhalsim if you need a reference. He is a monk that studies an art of yoga. Enslaved by his own country, by invaders, he has sworn to bring an end to this mutany. India resides as his current place of origin. His great power over the Yoga allows him to stretch his body to great lengths, conjure fire balls, and blazes, and even teleport himself around the arena. He is the ultimate distance character, however close range combat can become a hassle for him as he is naturally a slow mover. However his speed in teleportation makes up for this, and with time he can be the one character you do not want to mess with.

This drawing is of an archangel, I more of wanted to point out the type of drawing texture I would appreciate best. As you can see much of the colors are more blended together to give a shadowy look. Infact I would love it if you could give Dhalsim wings similar to the ones on this Arhangel ghost.
Now as for the background, the colors should be dark, greens violets, blues and black.
Dhalsim himself I would like to have a similar color scheme to the picture on the right. Coppery, with some reds, and dark browns.
Oh and I would love it more if it had a lot of movement within the sig. I know I am asking a lot but you did say to give the detailed info of what I wanted lol.
But I don't mind you giving some of your own flare to it.
