People seem to be stumbling about when they have a question to awnser, its hard for them to know if theyre encountering a bug or are just in need of an awnser. I noticed some people have hijacked suggestions/bug reports in an attempt at figuring things out. It's hard for them to know where exactally to put it, not many think of the general forum, which I have finally realised is probly the only place to ask questions at the moment. I think adding a Tech support area to the forums would not only help keep the forums more organized, but also assist in getting peoples questions awnsered quickly by more knowledgable testers.
