We can test the rest of the classes in OBT too, because both CBT and OBT are beta tests.

    Re: Classes

A Assasin class can be seen in the alpha videos already. Didn't you guys watched those? ;)

Its a fully armored character in blue and parts of white as far as I remember. There was also a birdtype character with at stab that looked like a mage character but had no skills or spells yet (probably comes later) and was fighting only with its stab so far. I hope there will be more spellcasters in the game since there is still room behind the question marks and because all they have on the site is the illusionist so far that actually didn't looked as impressive as a illusionist actually should be. :o

Anyway, I'm sure that the first character I will try out will be the illusionist and the gunner ladies. :)

    Re: Classes

well the "assassin class" is i think called the Vanisher, more like aninja i see, like a Rogue from WoW...surely it will have the ability of stealth like all others, but what i wanna see is the Big Diffs between a Ranger, and a Zambaro....both LongRange...maybe one get a pet? or can Specialize in Close range rather than Long range...or maybe i'm not further Researching Character before making these replies. Still is the Zambaro Heavier on Long Range DPS  than the Ranger while the Ranger can go Close with an array of Moves with a Polearm? or Ranger gets a Pet, which is common for a Archer to have, you know? Sorry if i'm not making any sense Tongue Tied

    Re: Classes

I read they would releases original characters thats one of the reasons why i'm really interested. Everything has been used to often I hope the developers come up with something i haven't thought of already lol.

    Re: Classes

You'll have to be a Cb tester first. *Cross my fingers* I'm going to pick the weakest class the developers come out with because I'm sure they know to make the game balanced but challanging. Few people will become what most think is the weakest class. But the weakest class always has something that makes them stand out :P

Hope I'm not expecting too much good luck have fun developers and thank you!

    Re: Classes

Ah the tank class. I've never played with a tanker for long they are so boring. The assassin as you guys refer to it sounds cool. I would like a class that could attack fast and stealthly. That sounds like the ninja class which is alot like the assassin. What is the differance between the two. They seem like the same thing but they arn't.

    Re: Classes

The Illusionist as you describe as the "shaman" is actually more along the lines of a mage/necromancer.

The Pangolin(is more like the shaman) and his appearance is a clear sign of a peaceful warrior.  His connection with nature will clearly show he will be able to heal.  But as for shapeshifting I do not believe that he will, although he might do weapon/dmg buffs so that he does have a fighting chance against baddies.

The Vanisher is your rogue class.  As his name implies he is a stealth type character.  Technically "ninjas" are rogues with good throwing accuracy.  Ninjas devote their bodies and minds to the art of Ninjitsu, an ancient form of martial art that is known for it's acrobatic and swift approach towards the martial arts.

If you may have noticed, along with the pitfighter, we have a class of character that is very broad and bulky.  He is only seen with massive heavy armor and a giant blunt weapon.  I don't remember his name, but from what I see, he will be more of a defensive melee fighter, where as the pit fighter will be much more aggressive and offensive oriented.

The devotress is more of like the Dexterously Finesse type warrior.  She uses her cunning and dexterity to outwit her opponents, and to not per say use the most powerful attacks, but she will use extreme speed and skill to parry and dodge, and then at the best possible moment, strike with perfect accuracy.

    Re: Classes

Yea Paladin/Cleric class would be nice. Maybe a dmg dealer? Like a person that deals more dmg than all other classes BUT it take much more dmg than the others.
