I found this website out of chance. Had A look around And I must say the game has some serious potential. From what I have read and seen the game is fully instanced with little towns outside for people to group up in. Is this true? I have seen that work a few times, also have seen it fail. What will you guys allow beta testers to do in you're game that will help you minimize geometry glitches /spell float bugs you name it anything. That other games did not do. Dungeons and Dragons online released a game without more then 80 beta testers and none of us were able to submit bugs.
We could post them on forums but no Dev ever logged in to replicate the bug or test it in any way. Are you guys going to pay close attention to bugs or release and let it go to hell like the game i mentioned above:)?
Since then I have been taking c++ and c visual class's so I could be more useful in understanding what could be a bug and what would need done to repair it. If we are chosen as beta testers will we be allowed to find out what our current gps is when we do find a bug? Is it on the mini-map? or is their a command for it?
If you don't have one Please get it in place for us.
Are you going to closed beta with any anticipation of bugs at all? Or is it a marketing idea to let people get addicted before launch so they tell friends and family what a great game it is?
If you do anticipate bugs what has been a problem in the passed with other builds that we as beta testers should keep an eye out for?
Are we to clear our warrior epic ini_cache file every time we do find a bug?
Should we be testing each class from 1 to the level cap or are they pre leveled like some betas? Which is not smart in my opinion.
Thanks for you're time!
