This is the greatest anime i've ever seen. It's probably the best series i've ever seen. A masterpice worth to watch and i really mean it, i could have killed one person per episode when i was watching it.
Death Note is not a long anime which lasts for ages, and thats a very positive thing about it. The anime is about 40 episodes long and thats enough.
Watch it, i hope you will like it as much as i do.
This anime series is amazing! I wished it was a bit longer-and maybe a different ending :\.
I like the ending... but i cant say so much, i dont want to spoil the story, you know :P. And as i said earlier i think its a just enough amount of episodes. I dont really like eternaty-shows.
By the way, this is also the greatest anime i ever watched when it comes to drawing-style and animation! Greeeeat
Vinny well nobody can be a god :) Even in anime. That why Main hero died. But if im not wrong the Main reason becouse he was beaten by two smart kids that is becouse he don't wanted to trade he's half life for Shinigami Eye's.

The ending was...predictable. I do feel bad though I watch one episode of the english version and almost fell off my chair they butchered it to no end. It was good though I prefered the manga a bit more.

One of the best Anime's ever made IMO.
Altough it went a bit downhill after 'L' died.
I saw the live action, not the anime. It's still pretty tight.

Yep, totally agreed with you there. It'll make you keep on watching it and wondering what's going to happen next...and next :). I remember waiting for an episode per week-gah horrible >.<.

If i've seen the jappanese movies it seems like there will be a death note movie 3. My friend was telling me about it but i bet he made it up. If you like death note I recommend Code Greass it might start a little slow but I think its as good as death note :) depending on what you like of course
