    Okay so I found this bird in the parking lot at my gym.  It was hanging out under my truck, so i moved it.  I was about to leave when the ole "Karma Police" started tugging at my conscionse.

    "Jax", as he/she has been named, happily hangs out on my back porch now... 3 weeks after I found him/her.  I feed it cat food that I soak in water using a big letter clip magnet that was on my fridge.   Everytime I walk out onto my deck, he half flies half runs at me with his wings flapping and his mouth wide open while he loudly squawks for food.... it is quite a sight.

     What type of bird is it? Looks almost like a turkey vulture.

    haha yeah i thought it might be a vulture too... but its head feathers are starting to grow in.  I think it may be a grackle... not sure though... well find out as it grows i suppose.
