So I saw Wanted over the weekend. My opinion: Just okay. Not great, not bad. Additionally, more than even most superhero movies, suspension of disbelief is an absolute necessity going into this film,

 This movie does happen to have a lot going for it including:

• great cast
• solid acting
• incredible action
• terrific movie score
• you like training montages?...I'll give you training montages!!!
  
• Angelina Jolie's butt 

The stuff that doesn't work...

• bizarre mysticism
• main character is a conceited jerk
• action is sometimes too incredible
• not-very-subtle foreshadowing
• did I mention that part about suspending disbelief?
  

 This film was in fact anything but boring and yet the whole experience was kind of hollow. I got the same vibe from Matrix Reloaded which was another film overflowing with lots and lots of very cool stuff and yet the overall impact the movie had on me wasn't all that significant.

 Well, I'll still give it a watch. I know what you mean by that Matrix: Reloaded comment though, so I will probably not enjoy this as much as I'd thought but we'll see.

 I loved this movie, it didn't take itself too seriously, and did what it was supposed to do: have kick ass action scenes and anjelina jolie's butt. I came in expecting that, and that is what I got. And I think the movie would have fallen on it's face if the main character hadn't been a little bit of a jerk, I mean, the man can bend bullets, I'd be a little conceited if I could do that, esp if I had been leading the life he had been leading before hand. 

Go see it, its fun to watch, especially if you are in the mood for some action.

The warehouse scene where he is runnin and gunning was my favorite ! 

 I saw it for the second time in theaters yesterday, and I still thought it was awesome.
