Fan Site Program

We here at UTV True Games want to put your talent and dedication to good use, and are prepared to offer 1,000 Gold to anyone who puts time and effort into creating a spiffy fan site.

Fan sites are a great way to bring a community together and reach out to people looking for a good MMO to call home. Create a Warrior Epic fan site and help us to build our epic legacy!

Once you feel you have something special put together, and you want us to review it, please e-mail us your fan site link.

If your fan site is accepted, it will be featured in the Fan Sites page and your game account will be credited 1,000 Gold for your efforts.

Fan Site Kit

If you are unsure of how to begin building your fan site, we recommend using our Fan Site Kit to help give your site the appropriate look and feel for the Warrior Epic community. Artwork, screenshots, and logos are all available at your disposal.

To use the Warrior Epic Fan Site Kit all you need to do is review the Guidelines and Terms of Use below, and then click DOWNLOAD. By downloading the fan site kit you agree to the Terms of Use.

Make sure to read the Terms of Use closely as they directly explain what is and is not expected from a fan site. Failure to comply could result in your site being disqualified.

Fan Site Terms of Use

You may use Warrior Epic images, text, video, and audio files within the following parameters: * The content must be used in a noncommercial context for private, personal use only. * You must include all copyright and other notices associated with the content. * You acknowledge and agree that neither title nor any other form of ownership to the content has been or will be transferred to you from UTV True Games or from anyone else. * You must agree not alter, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer or in any other way modify the content. * You agree that UTV True Games has the right to request removal of our content at any time, for any reason. * You may not use our content on sites that contain or link to sites containing: hacks or cheats, Pornography, Inflammatory Content, Unlawful Content, Objectionable content, as determined by UTV True Games. Interested in using Warrior Epic Assets for items such as clothing, toys or other game-related goods? All of our art assets (concepts, screenshots, textual content, renders) are all copyright materials. Their use is strictly prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by UTV True Games. Please include the following legal notices on your site where Warrior Epic assets and information is used. You must include all copyright, trademark, and other notices as appropriate. Please use the following guidelines in fansite banners and mastheads: In order to avoid confusion between fansites and official sites, we request that you include some manner of designation within your masthead that indicates the site's status as a fansite. This site may be labeled a "news site," "Fansite," "unofficial site," "community site," or other site titling variation that has been approved by our Community Relations Manager. In addition, the title bar on the browser should also reflect the proper designation to prevent confusion between official and unofficial sites. Please use the following guidelines for naming and registering your fansite domain: UTV True Games would prefer that sites not closely mimic the names of our proprietary domains. Sites with names that closely mirror our own site names can cause confusion for our players and may cause some to assume that the domain is officially sanctioned or professionally associated with UTV True Games. Interested in using Warrior Epic and UTV True Games downloads on your site? We allow the non-commercial mirroring of our downloadable content (such as images, videos, demos, etc), as long as the content is not altered in any way. This permission may be rescinded at any time at the discretion of UTV True Games. Want to translate Warrior Epic and UTV True Games content into a different language? It is essential that we maintain control over content integrity and accuracy. For this reason, we will be localizing our sites to many languages. In the meantime, for quality control purposes, unofficial translations of our sites are not permitted. Creating add-ons and expansions are not permitted for Warrior Epic or any of UTV True Games products. Creating distribution media (CDs, DVDs, etc) are not permitted for Warrior Epic or any of UTV True Games products. Reselling any UTV True Games accounts are not permitted. Interested in writing a story, book, poem, musical composition, etc., based on Warrior Epic? We appreciate the creative processes and the passions of our fans, but it is essential that we maintain commercial control over our product. Therefore, commercial productions are all sourced from UTV True Games. However, we permit the use of our game world and our characters in literary or musical pieces intended for personal use only. Such as those posted on or released through a non-profit website, as long as such usage does not fall outside the parameters established in the first item on this document. We do not permit the unauthorized use of our game world, our characters, and any other elements of our game in any form that involves profit or commercial benefit such as: novels, short stories, articles, screenplays, action figures, theatrical productions, or other adaptations of our game. Have ideas for commercial ventures (play, movie, action figure, etc) involving Warrior Epic Content? Unfortunately, UTV True Games cannot accept unsolicited ideas or submissions. As a result, we will not be able to review or authorize any submissions of this sort. We will not view e-mailed submissions and must return mailed submissions unopened. UTV True Games is 100% against creating hacks and cheats, their use, attempted use, or distribution. This will result in the closure of any individual game accounts that are associated with the hacks or cheats. We are grateful for the enthusiasm of our fans, and appreciate the effort and creativity that they use to develop concepts intended to assist with or expand upon our current and future titles. However, our company policy necessarily prevents us from accepting and/or reviewing any unsolicited ideas. UTV True Games will return any unsolicited materials without viewing. One alternative for submitting ideas and suggestions is to post them on a fan-run suggestion forum.
